The team relied on a heavily customized NetSuite environment that had become difficult and costly to maintain. As the company prepared to modernize operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, leadership also wanted to introduce Shopify as the ecommerce platform while improving the integration between CRM, ecommerce, and ERP systems.
